Reporting a citation the tool gets wrong

The most useful report includes:

• the citation exactly as you typed or generated it;
• whether you were in practitioner (Bluepages) or academic (Whitepages) mode;
• what the tool said, and what you expected; and
• the rule or table, with its number, if you know which one applies.

Every confirmed error is added to the tool's test corpus, so it cannot come back.
